Historic maps of Buckinghamshire

This map celebrates some of the key sites in the development of the Aylesbury we know today. Click on a green marker for a brief description of each landmark with a link to enable you to learn more.

You can zoom in and out using the mouse wheel or the plus and minus signs in the top left hand. The tick boxes on the right hand side allow you to access different maps, including Rutt's map of the centre of Aylesbury from 1809, the 1900 OS maps for Aylesbury and Stoke Mandeville and the Jefferys and Bryant maps of the whole county. More information can be found on our maps page.

Please allow each map a few seconds to load.
