Positive activities data collection

Please find below the positive activities survey for downloading. The DCSF requires us to collect data on the delivery, by organisations, of positive activities for young people for the week 1st - 7th February 2010. The survey is intended to capture information about providers and on the range of positive activities that are on offer to young people 13-19 years across the county. The data collected will be used by the DCSF to map the pattern of delivery of the youth offer over the week and to identify which local authorities are in need of additional support.
