Laundry
This is offered as part of your care package. We will discuss it during your care assessment.
Each week you can give us up to 7lb / 3.2 kg of laundry. Your laundry will be collected and returned at a pre-agreed day and time.
Collection and delivery
Our drivers all wear a uniform and carry identification. If you are not home when the driver calls they will post a note through your letter box asking you to contact the service and arrange a new time. If you do not need the service at any time please let us know. If your usual pick up or delivery time falls on a bank holiday we will arrange a new time in advance with you.
