A4010 and A4129 safety improvement works

The A4010 and A4129 roads in West Wycombe and Princes Risborough have been identified by HS2 Ltd for use as construction routes whilst the new railway is built.

Construction is expected to start in November 2019.

About the project

We are working with the A4010 and A4129 petitioners group to deliver important safety measures between Princes Risborough and High Wycombe. The project has been developed in partnership with the Petitioner Group, consisting of members from the following councils:

  • Wycombe District Council
  • Princes Risborough Town Council
  • Bradenham Parish Council
  • West Wycombe Parish Council

The safety improvement works consultation ran from 24 May 2019 to 14 June 2019.

Following the consultation, the plans and construction have been approved by the Deputy Leader & Cabinet Member for Transportation. View the key decision report.
