Apply for a licence
To make an application you need a copy public liability insurance certificate.
The cost of a licence depends on when you apply:
- material on the highway licence £110
- retrospective material on the highway licence £215

Please note that your application will not be processed should you fail to submit the required supporting documents.
What happens next
Applications will take 4 weeks to complete.
The licence will be valid for 28 calendar days.
