1. COVID-19 update
We're currently experiencing delays in processing high volumes of applications.
Every effort is being made to communicate potential impact with customers and minimise delays. Where it's considered appropriate, officers will make contact to seek an extension of time.
Please be patient in seeking updates on the status of applications. We do not respond to letters of representation.
Following government advice, and due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we're experiencing a drop in traffic levels on the highway network and the use of public transport.
As a result, Highways Development Management Officers will not be accepting any survey data obtained from 17 March 2020 until further notice.
Speed surveys will be considered on a case by case basis.
