Service disruption and stop closures
Please see the list below for details of any planned bus stop closures and route diversions for the current week, due to road and utility works and events. This is subject to change so we advise you check these pages just before you travel.
In times of high service disruption due to inclement weather (such as snow or flooding) or other emergencies we will also include any unplanned disruption we have reported to us (Mondays to Fridays only). However, if we have not had a report about your service during these times and you are concerned it is disrupted please contact your bus company.

Planned diversions and stop suspensions
Friday 10 to Friday 17 August 2018
Station Road, Langley, Monday 30 July to Monday 10 September, due to Slough Borough Council road repairs, bus route 3 will need to divert and will not serve stops on Station Road, Langley Park Road or High Street, Iver up to the Bangors Road South Junction. A temporary stop will be placed on Iver High Street, adjacent to Chequers Orchard.
Stanbridge Road, Haddenham, Monday 30 July to Thursday 16 August, due to road repairs this road will be closed. The 280 buses will divert via Churchway and will not serve stops on Woodways or Stanbridge Road. The nearest served stops are on Churchway or Tacks Lane.
Rayners Avenue, Loudwater, Friday 27 July to Friday 17 August, due to Thames Water works this road will be closed and bus service 27 will need to divert. As such the stops on Rayners Avenue and Robinson Road will not be served. The nearest available stops are on the London Road.
Stoke Road, Aylesbury, Monday 6 to Sunday 12 August, 2100 to 0600, due to works on the bridge this road will be closed on these nights. Evening route 5 and 300 buses will need to divert via Churchill Avenue, Ellen Road and Oxford Road into Aylesbury (and vice versa for the 300s). Stops on Mandeville Road and Stoke Road will not be served.
Simmons Way, Lane End, Monday 6 to Monday 13 August, due to a new water connection works part of this road will be closed during this period. The 48 buses will turn at the Pond after serving The Row, and will then serve Archers Way via Widdenton View. They will not serve stops on Simmons Way. The 28 buses will remain on the B482 and will not serve the stops on Simmons Way, Widdenton View, Park Lane or The Row.
Dunsham Lane, Aylesbury, Friday 17 to Saturday 18 August, 0930-1530, due to road repair works this road will be closed between these times. Bus routes 2 and 3 will need to divert via the Elmhurst Road serving Bierton Road and Cambridge Street - please note buses will only serve New Street towards town. Dunsham Lane passengers are advised to use the stops along the Elmhurst Road. The Water rider will divert via the Elmhurst Road and Buckingham Road (in both directions).
Plantation Road, Amersham, Thursday 16 to Friday 17 August, due to road repair works this road will be closed on these days. The 71/73 buses will not be able to serve stops on Plantation Road, Grimsdell's Lane, New Road, Roundwood Road, Grove Road or Chestnut Lane. Please use the stops on Sycamore Road, Bois Lane or Woodside Road instead.
Prince Rupert Drive, Aylesbury, Friday 17 August, 0800-1700, due to works, part of Prince Rupert Drive will be closed on this date. Passengers are advised to use the stops on Colonel Grantham Avenue instead.
Stewkley Road, Wing, Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 August, due to road repairs, this road will be closed between the High Street and the A418. The 165 buses will need to divert via the High Street and will not serve the 'Soulbury turn' stops.
Leighton Road, Edlesborough, Friday 17 August, due to road repairs, this road will be closed between The Travellers Rest roundabout and South End Lane. Red Eagle's 61/61A buses will need to divert via the B489 Icknield Way and will not serve stops in Edlesborough. The 162 will need to divert via Stanbridge Road, the A505 and Eaton Bray Road and will not serve Edlesborough or Northall. Passengers in Edlesborough are advised to wait at the junction of Moor End and the High Street and hail clearly for the bus to stop.
Oxford Road, Marlow, Monday 13 August, due to road repairs this road will be closed on this day. Buses 800 and 850 will not be able to serve the stops on Oxford Road, Dean Street or Queen's Road. The Marlow town service will not be able to serve Oxford Road, Queen's Road, Dean Street (on the car park side) or Terrington Hill or Barnards Hill.
Oving Road, Whitchurch, Monday 13 August to Friday 31 August, 0800-2000 (weekdays only) this road will be closed during this period and the bus service 60 will need to divert. The diversion will leave Aylesbury via the Bicester Road and via Blackgrove Road and Pitchcott to Oving to rejoin existing route at Bowling Alley. The stops at 'The Surgery' in Oving and the 'Oving Road' stops in Whitchurch will not be served.
Old Stoke Road, Aylesbury Monday 13 to Friday 24 August, due to bridge repair works this road will be closed and the 11A buses will need to divert. Stops on Taylor Road or Old Stoke Road will not be served but divert via Churchill Avenue. Passengers are advised to use the stops on Church Square or on Stoke Road.
Boundary Road, Taplow, Thursday 16 to Tuesday 21 August, due to a road closure the Tuesday and Friday 63/68 buses will need to divert via Rectory Road and Berry Hill turning round in Taplow.
Bath Road, Taplow, over the next 2-3 weeks we will be upgrading the bus stops between Sainsbury's and the Dumb Bell in Taplow with new shelters and Real Time Passenger Information displays. First work will be getting power to each of the stops starting w/c 13 August and shelter installations starting on 28 August. We won’t be suspending the stops but laybys may be blocked by contractors vehicles from time to time so please hail clearly for the drivers to stop. We have asked the buse companies to be on the lookout for displaced passengers.
Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, until further notice the 'Town Hall' stop will be suspended. Passengers for routes 34 and PR1 can alight at the stop on Crendon Street, and board the bus at Castle Street. Passengers on routes 36, 39 and 101 should alight on the High Street.
Aylesbury Road, Wendover, Monday 6 to Tuesday 14 August, 0930-1530, due to Thames Water works in the vicinity the 'Clock Tower' stop for journeys towards Aylesbury will be suspended between these times. Passengers are advised to use the next stop along Aylesbury Road opposite the Health Centre.
Chartridge Lane, Chesham, Wednesday 8 to Tuesday 14 August, due to Cadent Gas works in the vicinity the stop outside Chiltern Hills Academy will be suspended on these dates. Alternative stops can be found on Berkeley Avenue (77 only) or further along Chartridge Lane opposite Berkeley Avenue for (buses 177 and 190).
Coombe Lane, Naphill, Monday 13 August, 0930-1600, due to Affinity Water works in the vicinity the 'Coombe Farm' stops will be suspended at these times. Passengers are advised to use the stops on Main Road, Naphill, instead.
Nashleigh Road, Chesham, Monday 13 to Wednesday 15 August, due to Affinity Water works in the vicinity the Chesham bound 'Preston Hill' stop will be suspended on these days. Passengers are advised to use the stop on Berkhamstead Road instead.
Plomer Hill, High Wycombe, Tuesday 14 August, due to Thames Water works in the vicinity the stop opposite Pheasant Drive will be suspended on this date. Passengers are advised to use the stop on Southfield Road instead.

Please note buses will operate to their Sunday timetables on the following public holidays. Please note bus routes without a Sunday timetable will not operate on these dates:
