Service disruption and stop closures
Please see the list below for details of any planned bus stop closures and route diversions for the current week, due to road and utility works and events. This is subject to change so we advise you check these pages just before you travel.
In times of high service disruption due to inclement weather (such as snow or flooding) or other emergencies we will also include any unplanned disruption we have reported to us (Mondays to Fridays only). However, if we have not had a report about your service during these times and you are concerned it is disrupted please contact your bus company.

Planned diversions and stop suspensions
Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 October 2018
A422, Farthinghoe/Brackley, Northamptonshire, until further notice, due to a collapsed bridge the Saturday 132 bus from Buckingham to Banbury will terminate at Brackley. Passengers wishing to travel to Banbury can change onto Stagecoach's route 500 (please note Buckinghamshire concessionary passes will be accepted for travel but Redline tickets will not).
Tower Road, Coleshill, Wednesday 17 October 2018 to Saturday 10 February 2019, due to a road closure for Affinity Water works the Saturday route 71 buses will need to divert via New Road and Whielden Lane and won't be able to serve the 'Water Tower' stop during this period.
Buckingham Charter Fair, from 10am on Friday 19 October to end of Friday 20 October Buckingham Bus Stand will be closed. At these times buses will operate as follows:
• Service 18 will depart from London Road, opposite Chandos Road.
• Services 60, X60, 131, 132 & 151 to Akeley, Maids Moreton, and Western Avenue will depart from the Moreton Road stop.
• Services 60*, 131, 132, & 151 to Aylesbury, Badgers Way, Brackley, Page Hill, Tescos, Tingewick, and Thornborough will depart from the Moreton Road stop
*the Friday 10:40, 12:40 & 14:40 service 60 departures to Aylesbury will depart from London Road, opp. Chandos Road
• All service X60 to Milton Keynes & Aylesbury journeys will operate from the ‘Stratford Road’ stop, below the Page Hill Estate.
- Most X60 buses will not serve London Road between the town centre and the by-pass.
- X60 journeys originating in Maids Moreton will serve Moreton Road & London Road
• Service 80/X80 afternoon journeys will operate from the stops on Moreton Road.
• Service X5 will serve the ‘Tesco’ stops on London Road only.
A40 Oxford Road/High Street, Stokenchurch, Thursday 18 October to Monday 12 November, 1930 to 0600, due to works on behalf of Transport for Buckinghamshire evening route 40 buses will need to divert after 1930, buses after this time will not and will not serve stops between the Chapel Lane junction in High Wycombe and the Marlow Road junction in Stokenchurch.
Bus Stop Closures
Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, until further notice the 'Town Hall' stop will be suspended. Passengers for routes 34 and PR1 can alight at the stop on Crendon Street, and board the bus at Castle Street. Passengers on routes 36, 39 and 101 should alight on the High Street.
Main Road, Naphill, Friday 12 to Sunday 14 October, due to Affinity Water works both 'Hunts Hill' stops will be closed on these days, passengers should use the nearest alternative stop is further along Main Road near Louches Lane.
Holmer Green Road, Hazlemere, Friday 12 October, 0930-1600, due to Affinity Water works, the Holmer Green bound stop between the crossroads and Beaumont Way, will be suspended at these times. Passengers are advised to use the stop further along Holmer Green Road opposite the Park Lane junction.
Fulmer Road, Gerrards Cross, Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 October, 0900-1600, due to UK Power Networks works in the vicinity the stops near St Hubert's Close will be suspended at these times. Passengers are advised to use the ‘Gaviots Green’ stops further along Fulmer Road, towards Gerrards Cross, instead.
Cressex Road, High Wycombe, Tuesday 16 October, due to works in the vicinity the stop opposite Lansdell Avenue will be suspended on this day, passengers for routes 643 and 655 are advised to use the 'Limmer Lane' stop further along Cressex Road.
Valley Road, Hughenden, Tuesday 9 to Thursday 12 October, 0930-1600, due to urgent Affinity Water repairs the two stops near the Coombe Lane junction will be suspended at these times. The nearest served stops are further down Valley Road, near the Cryers Hill Road junction.
Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, Friday 19 to Thursday 25 October, due to Thames Water works the stop opposite Templewood Lane will be suspended on this day, passengers are advised to use the ‘Royal Oak’ stop further along Beaconsfield Road.
Dean Street, Marlow, Friday 12 October, 1900 to 0600, due to Thames Water works in the vicinity the old 'Police Station' stop will be suspended. Passengers will need to use the stop further along Dean Street or the stop on Chapel Street.
