All libraries are closed until further notice. Loans have been extended to 31 March and no fines will be charged.
We are aware that some customers are having problems logging into OverDrive and Libby today. This is currently being investigated. We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing and hope to have it resolved soon.
Wendover Community Library
Wendover Community Library works in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council.
Support with council services
Access a range of council services at our council access point within the library.
Our trained staff and volunteers are on hand to help with common queries, such as reporting a pothole or ordering a replacement bin.
You can also use the self-service computers to access services online or use the phones to speak to a relevant member of staff.
Improving the Library
Thank you to all those who took part in our survey, which ended on Monday 14 October 2019.
Wendover Community Library are working with the Council and Parish Council on plans to improve their library facilities. They want to expand what their library service offers and introduce a wider range of community-based services. They hope to remodel the building to provide a flexible community space in the heart of the village.
It’s important that their plans reflect what local people want and need. They are now in the process of reviewing your submitted responses before they put together more detailed plans and apply for funding.
These are managed in a variety of ways. Some are entirely managed by local community organisations and volunteers and some are jointly managed with Buckinghamshire Council.
You can use your Buckinghamshire library membership card in a community library and reserve items as usual.
