You can read eBooks on your eReader, desktop, laptop or mobile device using Overdrive for free with your Buckinghamshire library card and PIN

A full library member may:

  • borrow up to 5 items at a time
  • borrow eBooks for up to 21 days. Please note the first time you use OverDrive the loan period defaults to 7 days, you may change this in your settings - see how to change the loan period to 7, 14 or 21 days
  • read an eBook in your browser or download to your device via the app.
  • transfer a title to an eReader using Adobe Digital Editions.

Please note that our eBooks are not compatible with the Kindle eReader devices, e.g. the Kindle Paperwhite.
