Personal Insurance for School Children
Buckinghamshire schools endeavour to offer a safe environment for your children, however it is an unfortunate fact that occasionally accidents do happen and serious injuries are sustained, either at school or away from school.
A personal accident insurance policy will pay a lump sum for death or permanent disabling injuries without the need for you to have to prove that anybody has been negligent. Damages awarded by a court for proven negligence may be payable in addition.
The personal accident insurance scheme offered by Buckinghamshire County Council is only available to parents for pupils in schools within the Buckinghamshire LEA area. The cover is available for all full time registered Buckinghamshire students up to the age of 23 years whilst still living at home. Cover is 24 hours worldwide and not limited to time under the care of the school.
