Filming in Country Parks

We are film friendly and highly experienced in the facilitation of all types of production wishing to shoot in our parks. We can accommodate and support major set builds, complex stunt sequences, explosions and gunfire, driving sequences and night filming. We cater for all types of productions including feature films, TV dramas, light entertainment, documentaries, music promotions and stills shoots. As well as this, we support and provide location options to short films and student filmmakers and because we manage and issue our own licensing, we turn applications to film around quickly and efficiently.

Please Note: Country Park filming only applies to Black Park, Langley Park, Denham Country Park and Thorney Country Park.  For other filming locations in Buckinghamshire, see Filming on the highway.

Black Park

Our flagship country park, Black Park is one of the most famous and historic filming locations in the UK. At 535 acres it is the biggest and most diverse of our country parks and offers a wide range of location options, from our 14 acre lake, epic Pine avenues, Pine forest and native woodland to over 10 miles of forest tracks and various clearings and build spaces both large and small. Black Park has unit base space on site as well as extensive tech parking space within the park itself, it also has direct gate access to the back of Pinewood Studios which neighbours Black Park and gets its name from us.

Langley Park

Langley Park, the second largest of our country parks is classically English with oak woodlands, veteran trees, meadows, landscaped parkland, formal gardens and a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Langley has parking space for average size units and can accommodate some tech parking within the park.

Denham and Thorney Country Parks

If the diverse expanse of Black Park and Langley Park don't suit your requirements, our other country parks, Denham and Thorney, have meadows, woodlands, rivers and bridges that can provide the perfect backdrop to variety of smaller productions.

As well as forest and landscape we also have a wide selection of buildings and country parks infrastructure such as cafes, children’s play areas, cabins, sheds, car parks, estate houses and much more. We can also supply rustic materials for set construction and trees and greens for set dressing.
