Community Prevention Grant Funding

A Community Prevention Grant provides funding for projects that create sustainable solutions for residents over the age of 18 that are living in Buckinghamshire. It's aimed at organisations from the voluntary, charity, faith, and community sectors.

About the grant fund

People have told us that they want to live independently for longer.

We would like to work with local people, communities and organisations to grow support that enables people to live in their own homes, leading independent and fulfilled lives for as long as possible.

The grant aims to:

  • increase support for people living independently in their own homes
  • help people access information and advice on services available to them

To be eligible for the grant, projects need to align to our priorities within the Better Lives Strategy 2018-2021 and Market Position Statement 2018-2022.
