Anxiety, depression and eating disorders are just some of the mental health conditions that can affect people. If you think that you might be having a mental health issue, it’s really important that you speak to someone and get help.
You might feel as if your life is spiralling out of control, or that you are suddenly afraid to do things you used to love - whatever it is, getting help can really make a difference in getting back control.
Top tip: Some people use alcohol or drugs to help them cope with mental health issues, but actually this will make it worse and can lead to dependency and addiction. Take a look at our ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ section for more information.
