January is the perfect time to think about starting something new – could that something be fostering? With more than 500 children currently in care in Bucks, we need more foster carers to help us look after them – could that person be you or someone you know?

Government announces single unitary council for Buckinghamshire

A county-wide unitary council will be established in Buckinghamshire. Please see our press release or visit futurebucks for more information.

Starting school or moving up to junior school in September 2019

If your child is due to start school for the first time or is moving up to junior school in September 2019 and you live in Buckinghamshire, you can apply online for their school place.

You must do this by 3pm on 15 January 2019.
