Information on flooding in Buckingham

Regular updates on the River Great Ouse are available from the Environment Agency.

Latest information is that the flood levels will peak at Buckingham this morning (15 November) and then water levels are expected to drop.  The Environment Agency are keeping an eye on the situation and are looking to send staff out on the ground today to monitor events.   They are also aware of the rain forecast for this afternoon and will be keeping an eye on the impact this could have on the Buckingham area.

If people are concerned about the flooding they should call the Environment Agency on 03459 881188.

Transport for Bucks are monitoring the situation and currently there are no main road closures in the area - although some minor roads remain flooded from adjacent land.
