Mental Health Awareness Week


The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (10-16 May) is Nature, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation. Buckinghamshire Libraries offer a range of books and materials tailored to helping improve mental health. We have self-help books which are full of strategies to help you cope.
