Breathing exercises help create a feeling of relaxation and benefit the lungs and the circulation. Plus - facial yoga to keep you looking young!

Please enquire to book your space.

Participants are welcome to bring a blanket along, otherwise seating is provided. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of 4pm.
