Meditation has many benefits - calm your mind and lower your blood pressure! 

Breathing exercises help create a feeling of relaxation and benefit the lungs and the circulation. 

 

Tickets: £6 per adult

Participants are welcome to bring a blanket along, otherwise seating is provided.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of 4pm.
