Get help with your PC, laptop, tablet, or phone - we run free one-to-one sessions with our canny volunteers. Ask questions, get help solving a problem, or just come to learn new skills with your device.

For absolute beginners we can walk you through your first steps using a computer, getting on the internet, sending email and finding out what a Google is.

For more experienced users we can provide help getting to grips with difficult software, managing your files, manipulating photos, researching your family history and more. If you let us know what you're interested in learning, we will endeavour to find a volunteer able to help!

Sessions by appointment only - advanced booking required.

Adults only.
