How long should it take?
The current time taken is:
- Online applications – 3 weeks from receipt of all documentation, including payment.
- Postal/paper applications – 6 weeks from receipt of all documentation, including payment.

Lost or stolen Blue Badges
You can report lost or stolen Blue Badges on line. You’ll need your National Insurance number to use this service. A replacement badge usually costs £10.
You can download the form below or call us and we'll send you a form. You will need to include a crime number or a lost property number from your local police station, a new replacement photograph and a specimen signature.
