Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Development Framework (MWLDF)

The new planning system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, has replaced the former system of  statutory local plans.

The joint Minerals and Waste Local Development Framework (MWLDF) will comprise of the following documents:

• Minerals and Waste Core Strategy Development Plan Document
• Waste Development Plan Document
• Minerals Development Plan Document
• Statement of Community Involvement
• Local Development Scheme
• Annual Monitoring Report
• Proposal maps

The MWLDF will bring forward the spatial strategies and detailed land-use policies and proposals for the extraction of minerals and management of waste in the county.
