Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)

An Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is required to be submitted to Government each December as part of the Minerals and Waste Local Development Framework (MWLDF). The primary role of the AMR is to monitor the effectiveness of the policies and proposals in Minerals and Waste Development Plan Documents (MWDPDs), and the current status of MWDPD production.
The current AMR covers the period 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011. However, data for monitoring of mineral production relates to the calendar year of 2010, in accordance with the minerals industry monitoring period.
We will continue to improve the monitoring regime of the Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan (BM&WLP) policies until adoption of the Minerals and Waste Local Development Framework (MWLDF), and use this data and information to influence the monitoring systems we will implement with the MWLDF.
