All our libraries have computers and internet access.
Use is charged at £1 per half hour (concessions apply).
Access to book renewals and reservations, some information websites, Council information and online reference materials is free.
If you're not already a member of the library, we will ask for your name and address.
Internet taster sessions
As part of the Go on UK libraries are offering free one hour internet taster sessions to show new users the basics. Please ask in your local library if you would like to book a session.
Children under 16
Must be library members to use the internet and have written permission from their parent or guardian.
Children are allowed half an hour free PC use per day (charges made for printing).
Under 8s must be accompanied by a parent or carer when accessing the internet on library computers.
Free wireless internet access
Bring along your own laptop and connect to the internet for free.

Concessions
Free access is available for the first 30 minutes, then charged at the normal rate for everyone under 18 - we may ask for proof of age.
Free access is available for the first hour, then charged at the normal rate for people receiving:
- Jobseekers Allowance
- Incapacity Benefit
- Severe Disablement Allowance
- Income Support
- Employment Support Allowance
- Pension Credit
You will need to show your "Proof of Benefit" letter or ES40 to library staff each time you claim this concession. You can get a copy of the letter from the Benefit Delivery Centre at Cosham (0845 608 8573) or, for Pension Credit, contact DWP (0845 606 0265).
Unlimited free access is provided for vision impaired persons (VIPs) using a dedicated VIP computer.
