Volunteering opportunities

Buckinghamshire has a huge variety of volunteering opportunities. From helping to maintain footpaths in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to volunteering with children and young people, there's something for everyone.
Volunteering can be hugely rewarding, knowing that your efforts have made a real difference to people's lives. With lots of training opportunities available, volunteering can give you the skills and experience you need to access new jobs and career opportunities.
Above all, volunteering is fun and a great way to meet new people.
Volunteer centres
The Volunteer Centre for Buckinghamshire is a very useful starting point. It provides a free and confidential service to help match your skills and interests to local opportunities.
Visit the national volunteering web site at www.do-it.org.uk to see current opportunities in Buckinghamshire. Then apply online and your application will be sent to the local organisations of your choice.
If you need further help call 0845 3890389 and ask to speak to a member of the volunteer centre services team or email volunteering@communityimpactbucks.org.uk.
