Ordering copies

We can supply copies of many of our records provided they are suitable for photocopying. Those that can't be copied are bound volumes, records written on parchment, large records like maps and anything in a poor condition.

Photocopies of wills can be ordered and paid for online using our wills database. For all other copies, please send us an email on archives@buckscc.gov.uk with as much information as possible about the record you are interested in (including the reference number if you know it). Our minimum charge for a postal photocopying order is £5, but the cost of the service may be more depending on the size of your order. We can only accept payment by cheque or money order in pounds sterling.
