Housing and care homes

If you're finding it difficult to cope at home we can explore a range of options to help you. These might help you stay where you are eg adaptations, equipment, nursing support and other care services. Alternatively they could help you to move to another home this could be:

• Supported living - for people with learning disabilities and long-term mental health needs
• Extra care housing - self contained accommodation with access to 24 hour care on site
• Residential care - for people who can no longer cope living on their own

The first thing you need to do is contact us either by email catreferral@buckscc.gov.uk or by phone 01296 383204. We'll then arrange for you to have an assessment to identify how we can help you.
