Below is a list of documents which have provided the evidence base to the Core Strategy so far, we are currently updating some of the documents in line with the comments received through the Preferred Options consultation. The new evidence base will be released at the same time as the Minerals and Waste Core Strategy Submission documents are published for consultation.
Background documents

Sustainability Appraisal (SA) & Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA)
An appraisal of all of the potential economic, environmental and social impacts of the Minerals and Waste Core Strategy . This is used to ensure that the plan policies and allocations do not have any major environmental, economic or social impacts.
Waste capacity studies
These waste capacity studies consider each of the possible waste site locations within Buckinghamshire, in terms of the site sizes needed for different waste technologies, a typical layout for each site and the projected waste capacity figures until 2026 for Buckinghamshire.
Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA)
A level 1 SFRA has been completed for all of the minerals and waste sites within Buckinghamshire. A supplementary sequential site assessment is being carried out.
Transport Assessments (TA)
These assessments analyse the anticipated effect that the proposed vehicle numbers for each proposed site may have on the surrounding area, taking into account of existing traffic levels within proximity of the sites.
Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA)
The report analyses whether any of the proposed minerals and waste sites will have a detrimental effect on the surrounding designated habitats sites within 10km of the site allocations, this also takes into account cumulative impacts of other plan allocations or permitted developments.
Ecological Assessments
