Travel shop

We are working with pupils at John Colet School to pilot a Travel Shop.

After a successful launch at the beginning of October 2006, the Travel Shop is now in full use, offering students the chance to gain information about alternative forms of travel to the car. Trained members of the Student Council run the Travel Shop and they are able to answer questions or concerns about getting to school.

The students log any incidents of buses/trains not turning up or being late and report them back to us. They also monitor the use of cycle lockers and student cycle training course bookings. In the future they will trial a student car sharing register.
