Winslow
The Winslow Local Community Area has a population of almost 12,000 comprising of the sixteen parishes of Winslow, Whitchurch, Mursley, Newton Longville, Hogshaw, Oving, North Marston, Granborough, Swanbourne, Little Horwood, Great Horwood, Creslow, Dunton, Hardwick, Pitchcott and Hoggeston. The main centre within the area is Winslow although the key urban areas of Buckingham, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes also provide important services. The A413 is a key route for the community linking Aylesbury with Buckingham through the centre of the area. A section of the A421 also passes through the community to the north linking Buckingham with Milton Keynes.

Transport Matters Event
This event gave the public the opportunity to make comments on the AAP and transport in the local area. The main issues raised are as follows:
- The need for improved bus services between bigger towns i.e. Milton Keynes
- Speeding traffic
These comments and concerns have been passed on to the relevant teams within the Transportation Service, These teams will take the comments into consideration and take action where appropriate.
