Aylesbury Vale Parkway
A41 Bicester Road and Rabans Lane - Roadworks ahead
Work started on the 5th October along Rabans Lane. The works will necessitate the road being reduced to a single lane and expected to last around 1 month. The works will be split into a number of lengths while cables are laid in the road. The footway on the West side of Rabans Lane will also be closed. From 0700-0930 and 1530-1900, Stop/Go boards will be used to minimise any delays whilst from 0930-1530 and 1900-0700, temporary traffic signals will remain in place.
Jointing and connection works will be the final part of the works and it is expected that these will be completed in late November 2009.
Delays are expected as a result of these works and we apologise and seeks the co-operation of the travelling public.
