Basis for pricing
Prices reflect the costs of maintaining up to date collections of resources and providing professional services at competitive rates with contracts normally covering one year. We can negotiate contracts to run over three or more years. Lost resources or items damaged other than normal wear and tear may be subject to a charge.
Response times
We will deliver or advise on expected delivery times within ten working days of receipt of the request.
Due to the number of primary project collections requests that we receive each term, we will deliver by the date required subject to requests being submitted at least six weeks in advance of the required date.
