Consultation Document
We have held two public consultations on the proposed new school.
November 2006 workshops
The aim was to define a vision for the school. Participants discussed their aspirations for the school as a centre for teaching and learning and as a focus for community activity. Ideas from teachers and pupils were also included.
The results have been reflected in the design of the school and can be seen below in Appendix A.

Presentation
September 2007 exhibition and feedback
Draft plans were posted on this website and the schools website. 3000 leaflets including a questionnaire were distributed to parents of pupils in the school, feeder schools in the Cressex catchment area, local residents, businesses and stakeholders.

Display
150 people attended a drop in session at the school. The plans were presented and feedback was gathered. Visitors were also able to speak to the Design Team, including the architects from Hampshire County Council.
The results show support for the scheme. Feedback was reviewed by the Design Team and final planning application prepared. The results are available below in Appendix B.
