Consultation Document

We have held two public consultations on the proposed new school.

November 2006 workshops

The aim was to define a vision for the school. Participants discussed their aspirations for the school as a centre for teaching and learning and as a focus for community activity. Ideas from teachers and pupils were also included.

The results have been reflected in the design of the school and can be seen below in Appendix A.

150 people attended a drop in session at the school. The plans were presented and feedback was gathered. Visitors were also able to speak to the Design Team, including the architects from Hampshire County Council.

The results show support for the scheme. Feedback was reviewed by the Design Team and final planning application prepared. The results are available below in Appendix B.
