Local access forum
The Buckinghamshire Local Access Forum is an independent advisory body of 14 volunteers, giving informed strategic advice to the Rights of Way and Access Group. It was set up following publication of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and members are appointed by the Buckinghamshire County Council. The primary objective is to improve access and open air recreation to the countryside for everyone.
More information on the advisory role of Local Access Forums can be found on the Natural England website.
