2012 is a big year for Buckinghamshire with the Olympic and Paralympic games.

Buckinghamshire is proud to be hosting four official London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games Community Live Sites in each of the districts. There will be showing key sporting moments during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Community Live Sites also will be accompanied by a community festival, showcasing local talent from community groups from across the County.

Our events calendar will let you promote your own events and show what events are going on around Buckinghamshire, so you can celebrate locally. Add your event to the calendar

We have created a toolkit to help support and celebrate this occasion. It offers advice on road closures, licensing, insurance and possible ways to celebrate. Download the toolkit
