Concessions

The standard library charges apply with the exception of the following concessions for Buckinghamshire items only.

Good Neighbour Scheme customersNo reservation, postal notification, loan or overdue charges on audio books.
Reading GroupsNo reservation, postal notification or loan charges on reading group sets. Extended loan period.
Playgroups / childmindersExtended loan period for children's books.
Concessions apply to Buckinghamshire Library stock only.
People under 18*30 minutes a day free internet access
People receiving Jobseeker's Allowance / Incapacity Benefit / Severe Disablement Allowance / Income Support / Employment and Support Allowance or Pension Credit.**1 hour per day free Internet access.

* Library staff may ask for proof of age.

** You will need to show your "Proof of Benefit" letter to library staff each time you claim this concession. You can get a copy from the Benefit Delivery Centre at Cosham (0845 608 8573) or, for Pension Credit, contact DWP (0845 606 0265).
