Concessions
The standard library charges apply with the exception of the following concessions for Buckinghamshire items only.

| People over 65 | No reservation or postal notification charges |
| People who are unable to read as a result of a physical, sensory or learning disability | No reservation, postal notification, loan or overdue charges on audio books. |
| Home Library Service customers | No reservation, postal notification, loan or overdue charges. Extended loan period. |
| Good Neighbour Scheme customers | No reservation, postal notification, loan or overdue charges on audio books. |
| Reading Groups | No reservation, postal notification or loan charges on reading group sets. Extended loan period. |
| Playgroups / childminders | Extended loan period for children's books. |
| Concessions apply to Buckinghamshire Library stock only. | |
| People under 18* | 30 minutes a day free internet access |
| People receiving Jobseeker's Allowance / Incapacity Benefit / Severe Disablement Allowance / Income Support / Employment and Support Allowance or Pension Credit.** | 1 hour per day free Internet access. |
* Library staff may ask for proof of age.
** You will need to show your "Proof of Benefit" letter to library staff each time you claim this concession. You can get a copy from the Benefit Delivery Centre at Cosham (0845 608 8573) or, for Pension Credit, contact DWP (0845 606 0265).
