Frequently asked questions help
Search our frequently asked questions database for answers to your general enquiries related to Buckinghamshire County Council's services.
Finding the answer to your question
To search for the answer to your enquiry please type your question or some keywords in to the keyword search box. The number of answers returned will depend on the number of keyword matches to your question. The more keywords you use, the more accurate the returns.
For an exact match use quotation marks, eg "school admissions" will find all answers with the phrase school admissions in them.
If you don't get the answer to your question
Try putting in key words instead of a whole question. You can also search the rest of the Buckinghamshire County Council website via the a-z.
Asking your own question
If you do not find the answer you are looking for, please ask us the question by clicking on the 'Ask a Question' button which can be found at the bottom of each page. Simply type in your details and your question and we will contact you with a reply. Please note that providing your email address is essential, the other information is optional. However, if you would like us to send you information by post or would prefer contact by phone, please make sure you provide the necessary information.

We would really appreciate your feedback on the usefulness of the answers. If you have any additional comments or problems, please use the 'Ask a Question' button as above to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can telephone us on 0845 3708090.
