The 1APP planning application forms for waste applications are available to download below. Each form has a help document.

The 1APP system does not yet support minerals applications, please continue to use our existing minerals form below.  A guidance document and certificates can be found at the bottom of the list.

We strongly recommend you discuss your application before submission. You can contact us on 01296 382111.

Incomplete applications will be returned.

You can submit planning applications online via the Planning Portal, for waste and regulation 3 applications only (excluding minerals applications).  For information and support on using this system, please contact the Planning Portal.  Please note, you will need to login to the Planning Portal as a professional user to send applications to Buckinghamshire County Council.

For planning applications relating to housing please contact your district council
