Bucks planning applications

This is a free online service that lets you see details of current planning applications from submission to decision for minerals and waste and our buildings. You can:

• See the application details and important dates
• Comment during set consultation periods
• See supporting documents
• See a map of the application

Please read the conditions of use and licence agreement below. 

You can submit comments during the set consultation period.  Your comments will be added to the application file, which is a public document and subject to the Data Protection Act.  They may also be added to our website in the future.  We are unable to treat comments, emails or letters (including any personal details) as confidential.

Viewing plans and associated documents

There may be a delay of several days between the date an application is valid and the associated documents being added to the website. 

You can also see our Enforcement cases via BucksPlanning/PublicAccess. Sensitive case details may not be online.

Important note

Due to essential maintenance this service may be unavailable between 6.30pm and 8.30pm every Wednesday from 8th December until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You can comment on planning applications at any time but please note that occasionally we perform updates and maintenance out of office hours which may cause an error to appear.  If you receive an error when trying to comment, please copy your comments and email us at: dcplanning@buckscc.gov.uk.
