Workforce equalities monitoring
We are fully committed to equality of opportunity in employment. We will strive to ensure that all barriers are removed and applications are encouraged from all sections of the community. We will also promote community cohesion and equalities to all employees, through training and communication, to increase awareness of these issues in day-to-day service delivery and in their own lives.
