Cognition and learning

Cognition and Learning (C&L) are a team of specialist teachers who promote the successful inclusion of children and young people with specific and general learning difficulties within mainstream schools.

The team offers a service that can be tailored to a school’s particular requirements. We provide advice and support for Head Teachers, SENCos, teachers and support staff in meeting the needs of pupils whose progress in literacy or numeracy gives cause for concern, or who may have Special Educational Needs.
