Children’s centres play a key role in improving outcomes for all young children and reducing inequalities in outcomes between the most disadvantaged children and the rest. They are aimed at parents and carers with children under five years old, but will work closely with other initiatives such as Extended Schools so that families have easy access to age appropriate services throughout childhood.
We hope to bring together a range of services for all children under 5 and their families.
For up to date information and timetables for all our Children's Centres please visit our Family Information Service website or call them on 0845 688 4944.
