We help people with disabilities or mental health problems achieve their employment goals through:

  • work based training
  • work experience opportunities
  • supported employment
  • paid employment

There are 6.8 million disabled people of working age in Britain, one fifth of the total working age population. 47% are in work compared with 82% of non-disabled people of working age. Welfare to Work

Welfare to Work is a government strategy to improve access to work for people with disabilities.

We can work with you to help you find work. We look at:

  • your needs
  • your goals
  • were you live
  • your choices for activities

We also offer advice and practical support to businesses looking to recruit people with a health condition or disability.
