Meetings

Cabinet Member question time

Councils have a range of committees you can be a part of. If you become a County Councillor you may be involved in making policy decisions that could affect the whole of Buckinghamshire. District Councillors make decisions about awarding licenses to organisations or planning applications. Parish or Town Council meetings deal with the upkeep and provision of important local amenities.

There are also regular meetings in the county’s 19 geographical areas. They focus on local matters and making improvements to their community.
