Voluntary and community sector hub
Welcome to the Buckinghamshire County Council Voluntary and Community Sector Hub. If you are a voluntary or community sector organisation you have come to the right place.
If you're interested in volunteering there are a huge variety of opportunities available in Buckinghamshire. Find out more from our volunteering page.
The Hub is a single point of access to the Council for local voluntary and community sector organisations. It provides information on how, where and why we are engaging with the sector. It will make it easier for you to find the right contacts in the Council and will help you stay up to date with initiatives and opportunities.
The hub has 6 sections:
1. Doing business with us
Information on funding, social enterprises and tendering opportunities.
2. Support available to you
Free support from us, details of local support organisations (including the Buckinghamshire Volunteer Centre) and some key projects that may help you.
3. Understanding the Compact
A background to the Buckinghamshire Compact, including all key documents.
4. Safeguarding
Information on safeguarding and your responsibilities.
5. Working in partnership
Information on the county and district strategic partnerships (LSPs) and the countywide project to improve voluntary sector engagement and representation.
6. We want to know what you think
Information on consultations and opportunities for you to have your say.
